In this case, figure # 4 represents that 11 out of 16 students evaluated the constant feedback as exemplary while 5 students evaluated it as accomplished. This previous information reveals that the students considered constant feedback provided by the website very important for them. In an open question given to the students, most of them refer to the feedback as a new opportunity to gain more knowledge since the website helped them to correct some of their mistakes. It was necessary to develop a word cloud representing the answers provided by the students after asking them about what the website Surfing my Grammar Wave promoted in their English language learning process. In the previous word cloud, there are some specific aspects promoted by the website. For example, aspects such as website, grammar, learn, interesting, knowledge, activities, and learning are the ones that stand out among the other ones on the word cloud. This means that these indicators are the ones that the participants mentioned the most in their answers in question 24 in the questionnaire applied to them. This question was about what the website Surfing My Grammar Wave promoted in their English language learning process. As a result, students expressed that the website activities helped them learn grammar by acquiring knowledge through interesting activities. This is supported by the information provided in the analysis of the fourth category about the evaluation of the website’s outcomes. In this case, 12 out of 16 participants marked as exemplary that the website’s exercises helped them reinforce their grammar knowledge. 4 out of 16 participants marked as accomplished this very same aspect . In fact, the words website and grammar are the biggest words in the word cloud that shows that the website was a keystone in their grammar learning process. Similarly, the word cloud highlighted that most of the participants believed that they had gained knowledge when learning grammar in the website and they also expressed that this
