These instruments included questions about participants’ perceptions of the factors involved in students’ performance with passing score or higher in the English IV for Tourism course. All the students participation answered the questionnaire. The first part asked for demographic information such as age, sex, and level. Then, another section included close questions in order to find general perceptions of the course. Also, the teacher participating answered an interview. Data analysis The data gathering followed up a quantitative method because specific information such as the demographic data and the results of their visions about the course proposed by the authors from the literature review was presented in graphics, tables and percentages. For developing the figures, the Google Forms application was useful to process the questionnaire and present the corresponding graphs. The aspects represented are gender, age, level, and open questions. This work shows most relevant information in the answers of the research with an explanation so the readers understand the results. Schneider and Whitehead (2012) indicate that methodological triangulation involves the use of multiple methods to study a single problem. Methodological triangulation denotes a single research study that uses a combination of research approaches, paradigms and/or methods. Findings and Discussion: English Practice Motivational Aspects Answers about motivational aspects were diverse. Most of the students agree with the authors from the literature review in which practice regarding their professional area is a source of motivation (See Figure 4). The teacher stated that students are interested in passing the course as well as getting a good job in the future. The final side to complete an information square is the indication of experts like Norman and Spohrer (1996) as well as Bonilla and Espinoza (2014) from the literature review, in which book material and technology use affect the course positively. In addition, experts agree with professional success as a key motivational factor for ESP students.
